Implementation of experimental setups, test rigs and research hardware for universities and R&D departments. Including system identification and measurement-data analysis.

Technical consulting, feasibility studies and second opinions on existing concepts – straightforward and on equal footing, backed by hands-on experience.

Simulation

Multi-body dynamics, FEM analyses, control design and verification – virtual tests before hardware is built.

CAD Design

3D design of mechanical assemblies, component layout, manufacturing drawings and bills of materials – cleanly documented and ready for production.

Electronics & Programming

Circuit design, microcontroller programming (C/C++, Python) and integration into mechanical systems. Custom motor drivers with field-oriented control.

Prototyping

From 3D printing and CNC manufacturing to assembly: functional prototypes for tests, trade fairs or demonstrations. Aluminium, steel and titanium from our own mill.

Robotics Development

Concept, design and build of mobile and stationary robots – including sensors, actuators and control development. From magnetic-levitation testbeds to six-axis industrial demonstrators.
